I have experience working with adults who are troubled by anxiety, depression and historical trauma, along with people who are struggling with general relationship and self-esteem issues.
Primarily I draw upon my psychodynamic psychotherapy training to help you become more aware of your behavioural patterns which stem from important early relationship experiences. Working with you to gradually alter what has been problematic – potentially giving you a new sense of confidence and aliveness in your life.
